- Popcorn kernals (if you have a popcorn popper); microwave popcorn (the healthiest you can find – low sodium and cals) if not
Fresh in-season fruits and vegetables:
- Spring : strawberries;
- Summer: corn, tomatoes, melons, berries, and lettuces;
- Fall: pumpkin, squash, and apples;
- Winter: citrus, dark leafy greens (kale), sweet potatoes, squash, and grapes
